America, The Brave Land

America, The Brave Land America is now 241 years old. That is how long ago we signed the Declaration Of Independence. Our nation has survived yet another year, after much political turmoil and still a significant crime rate. Drug use is always rampant in America, as it is in all nations, and we are undermanned and over-budget. Despite all this, we are still the greatest nation on Earth. Laugh it up, world, but we have more civil rights and privileges than probably all of Europe. This doesn't mean I'm proud, but it does mean I know what that flag stands for. It stands for the brave men who died so that I can be free. That's right. I won't forget those brave men who fought and died for me, because I love this country, God bless the USA. I'm not afraid to say it. We aren't here because freedom is free, it's because we know darn well it isn't.

When I was born, I liked to think I was born to do great things. I was born here, but I won't lie to you, my heart bleeds for my heritages that started on the French-German border. Although I am an American here, in my ancestry I am a Varner, first and foremost. This land of America has been our home for awhile now. There is much to love about America. It is a place where you can live a life of anonymity. I am free to believe what I want to believe here. My parents trust me, and my friends love me. My family is one that has stood the test of time, and look at us now. I have became someone who, regardless of my wealth, has became the voice of a generation, however small it may be. I love you, and America has taught me that valuable lesson. You are my brother and sister, through mother Eve/Lilith, and I pray each day that you can know me, if only through this blog. We are both countrymen and kinsmen, and even if we aren't in the same land, God, I pray for you. Every part of me gathers together to let everyone know that we are together, as one, a part of a bigger picture.

Happy birthday America. I slept right through it all, because my head was in the clouds. Where as I can rescue you from the pain, Lord knows that I can't save you financially. Our poverty in the United States is just proof that we have the ability to survive. That's right, to all you international readers, poverty is everywhere. The ones who do have wealth are either famous or relatives of someone who was rich and is now dead. Even a doctor is underpaid and nothing in the public’s eyes compared to the monopoly-holding fiscal giants like Gates and Trump. I suppose they are the ones who truly benefit from a capitalist nation.

As your holiday passes and you return back to work, remember, that this nation has done so much for you. People like me who live here might as well be considered a worker of this great nation. I promote a message of peace, coming not in the name of God but instead humanity. Let the people rise, let them feel peace, and let them know their labors are not in vain. I recognize everyone in the world who works so hard to support their family and build a future for their children. Whether you’re American or not, I want to say I love you, and I thank my lucky stars for you. Ciao!
