America is thought to have a fair judicial process compared to other nations. Although this may be true, the judicial process in The United States is very broken and failing as a collective whole. Often, crimes are overtly dismissed without major punishment. Millions of rapists and murders walk from their punishment because of the investigative team having lack of evidence or an emotional jury. We should not let civilians be the jury, as the American population is often stressed and without council on the correct way to decide on a verdict. Our courts assign drug rehab to several drug fiends who are convicted, and when they get out of rehab they are highly likely to re-offend. Our police officers are having both a lack of resources and civil rights impeding their ability to do their job. Face it, the United States has many crimes committed every second that are never convicted. Sexual offenders are climbing in number, and we are stricken as parents and family members to protect our own loved ones as the police simply will not save us.
It's time to reclaim our nation with quiet rebellion. We are not able to have the state protect our families so we must protect them ourselves. Take educational courses on criminal behavior and what drug addicts look like. Give all of your children a way to easily get ahold of you so that they may be safer. Take routes while you're walking that are clearly lit and near traffic. The busier a street, the less likely people are to commit a crime against you. Encourage your family to not do drugs and help those who do get the help they need. This is our nation, and for all of you citizens elsewhere in the world, I hope that you are safe, too. We need to keep our families away from criminal behavior so that no crime happens to us in the first place.
To all the world, I know we are tired of the constant crime. The Internet gave birth to a whole new way for people to commit crimes. Cyber bullying occurs throughout each and every junior and high school setting, and I encourage you to all report it. I do not care about your philosophy, for if you pick on someone on the internet, my pen will oppose you. I will make the world aware of the hatred that you spread. A man like me is not moved by those who would wish to prey on the weak. We can make a change. I am merely the starting of a revolution, and many will follow me in the act of justice and love. Those are what I know, to love people and seek justice against the guilty.
The judicial process in America is lacking and seems like a foolish system used to make money. People get called for jury duty and lose money from their jobs. They do not even so much as screen jurors and the court’s ability to make decisions is poor. Why would we ever give people a lesser sentence in exchange for a quicker verdict? What am I to say? We should slap crazy people on the wrist so that they can get out of the joint or can to do another crime, or even many? I do not believe in heavy punishment but I do believe in fair punishment, and America lacks that. I love the flag, but I am afraid I am being pushed away by the sins of this nation's fathers and the sins of their children. Who can stand before the grand judge and be made righteous? Can you? Challenge yourself to do what’s right and speak your mind. We need strong men and women like you.
