The Frustrations Of Life

The Frustrations Of Life

Life can be very frustrating. Most frustrations come from environmental disturbances. (That means the people you are around!) I want you to draw up the perfect situation, where wealth and luxury is plentiful. Now, add someone who wants to disturb the natural balance of your utopia. Does all the luxuries and amenenties lose their value when you have to share your happiness with a rude or antagonistic person? It’s more than likely that your utopia you had dreamed of has became a hell when you introduce those disruptful people into your scenario. How do we maintain a balance when we are faced with life’s ultimate frustration? Do we move away from that frustration, do we cope with them, or do we introduce boundaries to limit the frustration’s control over you?

When someone has started to hinder you in life it is best you confront the person in a positive way, as we have discussed in previous blogs. If they fail to yield after you have told them your desires, then you have to tell the person you need your personal space and you have to take more time apart from the person. Never should you have to cope with a person's abuse. Abuse is wrong, no matter what reasons and intentions the abuser has behind it. We are human beings, ones of dignity and emotion. When someone becomes a source of frustration to the indiviuals around them, they are no longer giving them respect. I’ve been told that emotional pain is often the worst. Additionally, I have came to realize that a person who is doing evil actions is really just someone crying out for attention and help. I believe a mentally stable person would never commit evil actions. Evil is considered self-destructive behavior, so all evil people are merely just people suffering from mental illness. You might want to consider contacting mental health officials if you have someone acting unstable around and towards you. If they are committing crimes, then go straight to the police. Crimes are generated from hate and you should never attempt to reason with someone who is unreasonable, as I have mentioned in several articles in the past.

Frustrations occur both at work and at home. Stress is something everyone has to deal with. Accept no one who is being abusive to you and escape from the frustration and dwell only on what is good. Positive energy is the key to life. Many people will attempt to extinguish your lamp throughout your life. That lamp holds your positive energy, like a lighthouse seen by ships. In order to dock in a safe harbor, you need that lighthouse guiding you home. When we make it to our happy home, we are confronted by several personalities who are trying to reach you. They carry frustrations of their own. Do not let them steal your lamp away. Sometimes you got to blow off frustrating people. If they won’t accept the resolution that you have given them, then they probably aren’t worth the frustrations and headaches they are giving you.
