Our Inner Reflection
Our inner reflection is what we see ourselves as. Our inner reflection is tied into our self-esteem. We constantly judge our own inner image, warping and contorting the way we see ourselves. Our image, both inside and out, is most judged by none other than ourselves, for better or worse. Should we fail to see ourselves correctly we can suffer and feel depression.
Our inner reflection is defined by both ourselves and others, with people's thoughts, emotions, and opinions on yourself influencing the way we see ourselves. This disfigures our true inner image, which is the most beautiful about us. We must not let other’s opinions corrupt our own morals and self-image. To judge ourselves by how others judge ourselves is definately bad karma. We must stay away from negative criticism: negative critcism is never constructive. We should try to positively promote each other, not bite each other’s heel.
We are, inside and out, beautiful. We have no reason to hate who we are on the inside as this is the purest form of us, representing our true desires. Our desires are not so much negative, as they almost entirely make up who we are. Ideals and virtues are merely an extent of our inner reflection. Do not be alarmed when your self-image is no longer pretty in your eyes, as it still is in everyone elses eyes. We are more than just flesh and bone, and we have no reason to become discouraged because someone sent bad karma our way. This is merely the person's manifestation of jealousy.
Self image is everything. If we do not think positively of ourselves, then we will fail at everything we do. Take time to redevelop our self-image and esteem. Spend some time with nature, or engage in meditation and positive reading. We are held our own natural law, and we must do all to uphold our inner image. We must think we are beautiful before we can find beauty in others. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and we do not see the same as everyone. We must see the person inside of us, the spirit dwelling in us, trapped within the mind. Once we harness our mortal self, we can grasp our immortal beauty within. We do not die, ever, and our beauty inside and out will never fade.
We are so persecuted by television, magazines, and movies. We are sold an image on the outside and not strong moral character. We must not fall into this trap: men and women worshipping you for physical image is not something that an enlightened one would chase after. Those who fail to admire you for your moral character are not your friends. They are merely proverbial demons trying to tempt and lure you to your demise. So do not fall into the pitfall of worshipping Outer Image.
We know that our inside image reflects on the outside. When you smile, it is what is coming from the inside. Show them your heart. Live for both others and yourself, letting yourself shine. Never forget who you are. See the soul inside, and you will influence others to see yourself and themselves for who they truly are, inside and out. I love all of you, not for what you seem to be, but out of the essence of your soul. Be you the rich or poor, weak or strong, I see the real you, who is always beautiful. Live with yourself, respecting who you are, someone who is radiant and beautiful, shining every step of the way.
