Dharma, Karma and Reality

Dharma is the natural laws that constitutes the natural order of reality.  To come out of the condition of suffering it requires an awareness of reality or mindfulness as we have covered previously.  It is important to address our vision of reality and see the reality of things as it truly is. We must develop the correct view of reality which is associated with well being.

All things in this universe are temporary and passing away.  These things existing in the universe ack a constant identity which in turn means that suffering can be broken, for even as we speak we are constantly changing. Reality thus is like a dream, ourselves unaware of the elements that we are a part of. Reality thus, is the manifestation of karma. Karma as we well know, is actions with future consequences. The consequences of karma lead us into a constant cycle of rebirth. This ultimately has to do with suffering and the ability to break free from it and achieve nirvana.

The idea of life being an illusion or surreal is both a deep thought and philosophy. Self awareness is a treasure that few will actually realize.  I suppose to a dreamer they enjoy a dream where there is nothing there. This single idea is the most simple yet complex thought I could ever have. Being ignorant of the empty world all around us wounds ourselves. Instead, we must practice mindfulness to break through our suffering caused by the dream reality all around us. Discard your fear, as it is our own worst enemy.

That is not to say that this world does not matter. Our actions, and the karma we create, the choices we seize will shape who we are, and what we will become. Dharma constantly hangs in the balance: dharma waters the grounds of reality and makes its soil more cultivated and firm.  Reality is all of your experiences and how they shape your view of reality. This fact alone indicates that reality is indeed a dream. Now what actions you take will be more subtle than anything. This dream, as mentioned, is empty. With self actualization you will continue to come back in the constant state of recycling. Good karma begets positive rebirth.

Let's discuss things theoretically. If this life I'd indeed a dream are you awake or sleeping the whole time?  Let's place out a few facts. While we dream during sleep many people have determined that dreams than are another type of reality. Next, very rarely do we realize when we are dreaming at night, at least until we rise from our slumber. If the world and its reality is an illusion, then this supports the same fact that we do not realize what this dream is until either A: the dream is over or B: Until we realize it is indeed an illusion. As I mention once more this is all hypothetical.

So dharma governs this reality, karma determines our next place in reality, and mindfulness dispels the illusions around us  If this doesn't make sense right away, that's okay. Quite honestly I think none of us, including myself will understand any of this. That's okay though: ultimately this proves life is what you make it.
