The Fight For Our Future

The Fight For Our Future

We are going through some very troubling times as a human race, but it isn't because of the state of the world, nor any religious doctrine. People are becoming less physically and mentally sound compared to past generations, and we move further apart with all of our innovations in transportation and communication. (Japan may follow a different model, as people live longer and are more family oriented there. I know this not because of a fascination but because of the way the country is presented on NHK News, viewable on PBS World. I am not led to believe that a country like that has ever lost their core principles.) Telephones, Facebook, the automobile, television, planes, and countless other “alternative means” has destroyed The United States and other nations’ unity. We are dogs now, and we are deserving of the title, seeing as how our knowledge of politics has fallen to its lowest low, as our American public believed that a man with no political experience was fit to run a country. The reality is that men in America are so emotionally insecure that they cannot stand to see a woman in power. Grow up, men. We aren't in the medieval period anymore. So what are we fighting for, as our nation looks weak before the UN each and everyday? We need to look at our foreign policy as a nation, as the Trump administration has made it trash. Make no mistake, I honor President Trump as a king, but I must mention that his own people are rising up against him left and right. Will a few loyal knights really stand up against the masses? No, of course not. May god save your soul, President Trump, because I will continue to pray for you.

I don't know where to begin when I look at the horizon and the troubling times that are upon us. It used to be that we were a great world, and then the wars that occurred in the twentieth century have left us a husk of a once happy self. With war from North Korea a possible threat, my soul ascends to the skies, hoping for divine intervention on this world's behalf. I stand here, ready to face all of the world's injustice, with one thing on my mind: love. I don't know what I've became, but now I am an avenging source of both love and cruelty, obeying every order I'm given. Sunlight both burns and brightens, and it hurts me to think of what the people of this planet have done, for you destroy our natural land. I have a cause to fight for, and I will say that there is so much more to this world than money and carnal pleasures. Hang in there, Earth, and we will succeed and be back on a trail leading back to our mysterious maker, who I don't even have an idea of his or her true identity. One who perseveres will succeed, and one who fights the good fight will be rewarded. All you have to do is believe.
