  Stress reduction is a type of behavior that everyone should know how to do as stress is something that naturally happens in life. When stress happens, we become tense, and that anxiety and uneasiness that comes with stress must be eliminated in a healthy manner. The whole purpose of stress reduction is to reduce negative responses to stress and make yourself able to handle more stress that comes in your life when it ensues. First, we must identify the source of stress and isolate it. Afterwards, we need to actively work on reducting stress so we can work on an optimal level. Let’s look at stress at a deeper level. 


 Good Vs Bad Stress 


 We must understand the difference between good and bad stress before we know how to properly lessen the responses to stress. A good stressor would be things such as providing for your family and doing favors for your friends. Bad stress would be like tiredness and physical wear and tear that makes us hurt and feel absolutely useless. The pressure that is put on us from good and bad stress are totally different and unique experiences. Good stress produces a positive result, making yourself work harder to achieve the stress’ desired result. Bad stress only makes us fight against the stress and makes us bitter and angry at the originating factor of the bad stress. 


 Once we realize the type of stress we are having we can start to come up with good strategies to handle and reduce our stress. Many do simple things like unwinding and enjoying one of their favorite activities. Others might turn to vice, but hey I really don't recommend that. Always resolve stress in a healthy and safe behavior. Some even do exercise to help resolve their stress as exercise releases hormones that makes us feel good naturally. Whatever it may be, we need to do something to help make the worries of the day fade away. With applied time and practice, you will be a pro at handling your stress.


 Stress reduction is a type of almost mental healing and I will say that it is to lessen and not make your problems disappear. Always try to address your problems immediately, as they will not be resolved should you choose to put them off. Stress results from the mental problems that remain without a resolution. A problem that goes unresolved for a long while will only come back to bite your heel at a later time just when you don’t want it to. Stress, likewise, will build up like a rolling snowball downhill should we let it. We need to stop that ball. Stress reduction exercises and activities are numerous so it will be easy for you to find the best possible stress reduction exercise to suit your personality and interest.
