Social Awareness

Social Awareness

Social Awareness: To be perceptive or knowledgeable of the society that we live in.

Social awareness is a topic that should be heavily examined and exercised in this broken world that we live in today. If we have a lack of social awareness we will become apathetic and lack compassion towards the individuals that live all around us. For example, the main thing I am concerned about is those who are unaware of a person who is unstable or depressed and our inability to notice that trait and fail to act civil to them. We must increase our awareness as a whole in order to better help one another and understand them. I do not want anyone hurt in this age and that includes those who would hurt themselves. I believe social awareness is the key as we learn to interpret the signs of someone who is unstable.

Social Awareness At Its Core

Social awareness must be demonstrated by you and all of us. We must constantly notice the behavior of others including what is unusual. When a person is not doing well they will be noticeable in two areas: their speech and their body language. One who is not doing well will often have slurred speech or a lack of enthusiasm or emotion. Their body language will also be absent or nervous in nature. By treating them (and ourselves, as mental weakness can occur for even the strongest of people, be it nervous breakdown or otherwise) with respect and empathy we can help extinguish this broken world’s hellfire. When a person is depressed they are constantly at risk of feeling an even more severe depression should they be set off by the smallest thing, be it other people, misfortune, painful memories, etc. This means we need to keep an eye out, and be aware. Our job as a higher conscious being is simply to exercise caution and to only act out in public in a way that exhibits our caring heart. You might even know someone out there who is suffering, or you may be suffering yourself. I want to extend my hand to everyone, and I assure you I will continue my works forever, helping this broken world to become a little bit more hospitable for all to live in.
Social awareness is both needed and preferred. Our society is one that must accept all as long as they are not breaking the law. I know many of us have an objection to religions or lifestyles but we must put our objections aside. We are all one people. I'm tired of people clinging to their dead heritages. I am of so many different national origins that I would like to say I am merely American. I am a patriot, and I beg you all to take care of society and the people who are in it. Look at our once great nation of America. We have so many homeless people and drunk driving accidents it is not even funny. We are a nation of ghosts as our death toll keeps rising. Be aware of society, and plant flowers, not death showers.

Conclusion

Reach out to one another. Be there for your brother and sister. When this broken world fades away a new one will come, where we are all socially aware and compassionate for all. We must be the caring ones, as our world has very few caregivers and miracle workers. My heart goes out to all of you who are brave enough to love your fellow brothers and sisters. To all of you who are on the fence, look at me and the amazing writer and advocate I have became after I made the decision to love. Love is the answer.
