Do you remember what causes you to become depressed? Are you going to let it happen again? You must avoid what causes you pain. You are worth more than diamonds, and you deserve to be happy.

B. What are we going to do to prevent it from happening again?

Do not continually put yourself in difficult situations. Eliminate what caused you to be depressed. If it's someone you love who made you unhappy, set boundaries. Please do not engage in behaviors and relationships that will only cause you to be unhappy.

C. What will I do to make myself happy again?

You have many ways to repair your heart. Engage in activities you enjoy, hobbies or entertainment. Perhaps go for a walk in a natural area. Hang out with your friends. Go out to eat. The possibilities are endless.
