Practicing Dream Making
No one can become a master overnight. After all, Rome wasn't built in a day. To become skilled at ones profession or pursuit, they must practice. There's no one specific way to practice, but there is a right attitude to have. Believing in yourself and never giving up is the way. You must practice with great zeal.
When we speak of practice, what do we envision ourselves doing? Do we see ourselves doing something we love, or laboring hard at a meticulous task? I don't believe that practicing what we love should be ritualistic. You must dedicate yourself to pursuit, and pout out your passion. Only the truly inspired will become the best at what they do.
Sometimes, we do not know what we are good at. That's okay, there is nothing wrong with you. Search your heart, and you will know. Not even I can fully understand what my role is in this broken world. That's what it is all truly about: finding our role. Even if you're destined towards a 9 to 5 and a family, you still have to practice at it. In life, there is no born natural, for that is one of mankind's oldest myths.
What can we do?
What we can do is better ourselves, and practice day and night. Your skills are like a warrior's blade, it has to be sharpened and used constantly. Wishing for that next big prize in your life? Your wish will become a reality if you meditate upon it day and night and never let that prize leave your vision. It is about time we seize this life by the reins. I know we all grow weary each day, and we are tired of not being on top. You deserve to have everything you want and more. Just make sure what you are pursing is exactly what you desire.
Heading towards Tomorrow
Our goals are both near and far, and many are not instantly obtainable. You must not lose focus, ever. You have everything to go forward today. You cant lose the driving force behind you. You must find that special person, that special reason that makes you fight. You will know victory through your patience, diligence, and continual practice, but only if you have kept that special reason in your heart. I may not know everything but I do know that you will obtain exactly what you are looking for if you do not give up and keep that circle in your heart, that circle of serenity.
Tomorrow will be here, and you may have to go through the inner rings of the inferno to get there, but one day you will look back on the start of your journey with great fondness. You with discover that no mountain is too high to scale. Destiny awaits. Do not be afraid, no matter what, for the unknown may carry both joy and suffering, but isn't any amount of suffering worth it of you are to see the promised land?
