Wandering, With a Purpose

This is a tale I will recount to you. First let's cover a few ideas. There is a thought where one, when applied, can sense their surroundings and be one with them. Also, some people say that one can be of the same moods as ones close to them or even with total strangers. And finally,  there are ones who can be totally distant from any and all. This tale will bridge the gaps between all of these types of people.

There once was a man that was on a life changing journey. Down and out, working at random jobs, searching for an identity. He couldn't find it in friends, family, or at home. This journey had became an internal struggle. Losing hope and face, he was about to give up. But he didn't, ever. That is why he has became what he is today. A living, breathing, empathic spirit. Empathy, you say? The ability to feel other's emotions? What good is that?

But he was also a deep thinker. Ideas separating he from man and woman alike, leaving him alone. The spirits danced around him, leading him and deceiving him at the same time. Where is his place in life?  Amongst the stars his ideas were, grounded eternally all the same. The pressure of life made him indifferent. His surroundings? The mind melded to all sorts of media, his mind becoming a medium. He became something else, harmonizing with his living and still environment? Ah, but what good is it?

He had found a purpose, but it was of a inward nature. He couldn't protect anyone, but he could lead. He could lead with his voice. There would be people who would revel in him, and then there would be those who despised him. He would suffer, and they would enjoy it. But it would be done in the name of the past. It would be done for those he felt indebted to. Those who chose to take up his cause would suffer and be rediculed. They would find solstice though. It would be great. People will be accepted no matter who they are. A new age would come, and they will be the leaders. Are you one of the few, or one of the many? Life will improve, and there will be a complete revolution. A peaceful, silent one.
Let me ask you a few questions. Do you dream? Do you wish to survive life, or to grasp this broken world and find a way out of suffering? Can you say you have tried to love, to feel for others, rejoicing in their accomplishments? Perhaps you are here by chance, or this is not what you expected to read. But can you really deny the fact something awakened in you as you read along and had the vivid imagery laid out for you?

In conclusion, I want to explain to you the meaning and purpose of this entry. It was a very vague representation of one's life, suffering, and ultimately, freedom. One must suffer for years if they lack the resources of an escape. Reality is cruel in this broken world. There is a way out: search for the entry on this blog called The Eightfold Path to learn more. Thank you for sticking with me on this soul search of a post.
