A Break from the Action: A Motivational Article

  A Break from the Action

Hello everyone,  I have decided to focus today on some motivation for all. We live in this day and age in which true motivation is few and far between. We are so caught up in the social and educational parts of life, and with our career pursuits taking up huge chunks of time that those who are close to us have little time to touch base and inspire us.

The single hardest thing to do in life, as mentioned earlier, is find time for us, our family, and friends. This wears us down. There's little to no time to catch our breath. Things like meditation are put on the back burner as we simply do not have time for it. I'm not going to tell you that you must meditate but I will tell you this: listen to your dreams. Our intuition works hand to hand with our dreams and they are what we truly desire in life. Do you want that job promotion? Are you dreaming of marrying your sweetheart or having children?  Or how about buying that wonderful beach house that you so truly want to retire in? All this is possible, for belief is everything. If you believe you can do something, then you can. It's as simple as that. Belief is everything, my friends.

I can't tell you where your path is going, but I will tell you of one fire that can halt you from progressing any further: fear. A man who fears anything will fail 100 percent of the time. You might say to fear is to human, but it's really not. Fear is a animalistic instinct that only the weakest of people hold onto. I'm not here to condemn you for being fearful, though: I am here to help you push past that fear. If we are exercising the right intention and are being mindful, do we really believe that anything truly bad can happen to us? If those two conditions exist, right intention and mindfulness, then we can do no wrong and should fear absolutely nothing. This may seem impossible for some to do, but remember: only those who are not doing the wrong thing should fear. (Simple example: if you are not at the point in your relationship to ask your partner to marry you, then you probably shouldn't.)

Not only does the heart feels, but your mind grows weary from the challenges presented in this broken world. Having only 2 days a week off from work doesn't seem like enough. When you're feeling like you are all alone, just remember, you are not. There's a good chance that someone cares about you. Should you let them down, or perhaps better yet, should you rise in honor? Yes! Do not let a person down because they are not there, instead realize those people who care about you are always in your heart and never let them down! You've came so far in life, and why should we let this place we call home bring us down? Rise to the occasion, no matter what it is, I know that you can. As I mentioned, belief is everything. Those who succeed the most are those who try the most. You must never giving up. I cannot bestow a better mantra upon you.

So believe in yourself, and never give up. Be yourself, people will love you if you show that you are that truly unique person they see inside. Embrace your dreams, and make them a reality. A wise man should never forget his dreams. There is so much opportunity in this life , and it is all for our taking, as long as we do it the right way, with the right intention, right effort, while being mindful. Welcome to the revolution.
