Suffering, a Human's State

Suffering is something that a person has gone through at one time or another.  Suffering occurs in many different forms. Despite what others may have told you, one man or woman's suffering, I believe, is no greater than another's.

Suffering is something that will not go away until the circumstance and emotions have been dealt with. Finding a resolution or quieting our mind is often the correct way to deal with suffering. Sometimes though, suffering will not go away. What do we do then? We simply must find a way to rise above whatever is bothering us.

Negative emotions and energy may be generated while suffering. Quieting the mind and focusing on positive thoughts and emotions are a must to bring you out of your suffering and torment. I know your grieving may be strong, especially when you have lost someone close. It'll take time to for your grieving to end. Sometimes you just have to believe your loved one's pain is through and that they want you to be happy.

Do you remember a day when your pain was so prominent you swore it was the end of your world? You survived and you became stronger. There is ironically a feeling of solitude after your pain subsides. The human mind works in strange ways at times. (Some may say all of the time!) Just when we think it's all over, our lives have just begun.

You may wonder how your suffering is the same as others. Do we not all have families and the loss of our elders? Have we not lost what we thought was the love of a lifetime? Have we not had friends that come and go? Face it, our world's population is more similar than we think. There's people suffering everywhere but this struggle we go through called life is a true joy to behold. Never take for granted what all of us have. This life is too short to for you to sulk.

Suffering is our common bond. Life can be painful but the law of karma is constant. You will suffer for a day and the tears of the heavens will fall upon you for three days. Have an easy heart and a cheerful attitude and when the rain falls upon your spirit you will be prepared. Suffering is not our natural state and I feel you have the strength to overcome it.
Stay close to your friends and family, take time to mend, laugh when stricken and you will find an end to your pain. You will become like a butterfly. It's always a good day to fly.
