In With the Good, Out With the Bad






 Sounds simple, grasping what's good and rejecting the bad. But, as a human being, this may be the hardest thing to ever do. People tend to focus more about what's wrong in their lives.

 So, what do we do? Sit around for minutes, maybe hours, talking about what's bothering us until we just let go? Now that's not very practical.  We apparently have better things to do.

 As for the good, it seems to me when we have something good happen to us, we always have the thirst for more. Face it, most people are greedy. I know i've fallen short when it comes to ambition and the empty feeling that goes with it.

 Meditate on what's good, focus on being happy with what is good. Breathe in and out, filling yourself with positive energy, let your qi elevate your mood, and calm your soul.

 When negative energy knocks at our door, pause, take a break, isolate yourself if you have to. Now focus on all the good things in your life, release what negativity you are feeling, and relax. Think thoughts that are positive, still your body, and let the bad out. Focus in the vision of a happy, healthy you, void of all that is bothersome in this world.

We are not whole when negativity threatens us. May evil dissipate, and you ascend to a higher place, where you are free. May the peaceful way unlock your true hidden potential. The happy you, full of positivity is a real asset to society, family, and friends.
